I am writing to formally invite you to submit your application for our upcoming Centra PACE Aging Expo, scheduled to take place on April 30^th, 2026 at the Olde Dominion Agricultural Complex in Chatham, VA. This will be our first year hosting this event and hope to have a great turnout of seniors, caregivers, retirees, adult children, and all other community members!

To streamline our registration process and ensure that we maintain a diverse and engaging selection of vendors, we are implementing an inquiry-based application. This process will allow us to gather information about each vendor’s offerings and ensure that we curate a balanced mix of products and services for our attendees.

The deadline for submitting your application is Monday, January 26, at 5pm. Once we have reviewed all submissions, we will notify selected vendors and provide further instructions for registration and booth allocation on Monday, February 12^th. 

Your participation in the Aging Expo not only promotes your business but also enriches the experience for our attendees. We are confident that your presence will contribute significantly to the success of this event.
