The Diverse Healthcare Leaders Mentorship Program is recruiting for the next cohort of mentors and mentees ready to shape the future of healthcare in North Carolina.

The North Carolina Healthcare Association believe leadership should reflect the communities we serve. This 9-month program connects underrepresented professionals with experienced leaders for one-on-one mentorship, peer learning, networking, and a capstone project focused on expanding access to care and improving outcomes across communities.
