DESCRIPTION:The Infant and Maternal Health Coalition is hosting its second 
 annual Maternal and Child Health Summit on April 12\, 2025\, at PATHS Comm
 unity Medical Center in South Boston from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  \n\nTh
 is event is designed to raise awareness while offering education and suppo
 rt to families\, expectant parents\, and those with young children. \n\nT
 he coalition\, led by Tri-County Community Action Agency\, consists of var
 ious community partners who help provide resources and services for this e
 vent. The event will kick off with a keynote address by Aariyana Britton\,
  followed by a workshop titled "Understanding Adverse Childhood Experience
 s\," presented by Southside Behavioral Health. \n\nResource tables and pr
 esenters will be available on-site to offer education and resources on top
 ics such as behavioral health and wellness\, child health\, and pregnancy 
 support\, including nutrition and breastfeeding. \n\nParticipants will jo
 in breakout sessions led by Birth in Color\, VA Cooperative Extension\, So
 uthside Behavioral Health\, Sol Blossom Birth Services\, and On the go Yog
 a. The event will wrap up with a Community Baby Shower\, where attendees w
 ill receive maternity and infant care supplies. \n\nSponsorship opportuni
