The city’s Grow in Danville initiative invites Northside communities to come together to talk about the types of green spaces they’d like to see in that part of that city.

Organizers ask that you bring ideas for future tree planting, gardens, and green space projects or share information about your current projects to incorporate them in the Northside Community Greening Plan.

To make it easier for community members to participate, organizers are holding the conversations at four different locations:

• White Rock – Thursday, 9/04 @ White Rock Baptist Church, 418 Locust Lane
• Camp Grove – Friday, 9/05 @ Camp Grove Recreation Center, 119 Bradley Road
• North Main – Thursday, 9/18 @ Salvation Army, 123 Henry Street
• North Main/29 – Friday, 9/19 @ Saint Lukes Church, 3090 N Main Street
