DESCRIPTION:Dear Community Partners!\n\nI am writing to formally invite you
  to submit your application for our upcoming Centra PACE Aging Expo\, sche
 duled to take place on April 30th\, 2026 at the Olde Dominion Agricultural
  Complex in Chatham\, VA. This will be our first year hosting this event a
 nd hope to have a great turnout of seniors\, caregivers\, retirees\, adult
  children\, and all other community members!\n\nTo streamline our registra
 tion process and ensure that we maintain a diverse and engaging selection 
 of vendors\, we are implementing an inquiry-based application. This proces
 s will allow us to gather information about each vendor's offerings and en
 sure that we curate a balanced mix of products and services for our attend
 ees.\n\nKey Details:\n\n 	Date: Thursday\, April 30\, 2026\n 	Time: 10am
  - 2pm\n 	Location: Olde Dominion Agricultural Complex\n 	Free of cost fo
 r vendors and attendees\n 	Registration Process: To apply for a vendor sp
 ot at this year's expo\, please complete the brief inquiry form linked bel
 ow:\n\n2026 Aging Expo Vendor Inquiry Form – Fill out form\n\nThe deadli
 ne for submitting your application is Monday\, January 26\, at 5pm. Once w
 e have reviewed all submissions\, we will notify selected vendors and prov
 ide further instructions for registration and booth allocation on Monday\,
  February 12th.\n\nYour participation in the Aging Expo not only promotes 
 your business but also enriches the experience for our attendees. We are c
 onfident that your presence will contribute significantly to the success o
